Construction Industry News and Views Edition 35 - August 2010
|
|
Dear Readers
As we reach the end of women's month, this edition of our newsletter includes two relevant articles.
The first is a an article on a talk given by Bronwyn Gardner at our last OHS forum meeting. Bronwyn is a contracts manager for Grinaker-LTA Building East and she gave an engaging talk on her experiences as a woman in construction.
The second is an article on the Gender Equality Bill, which aims to seek gender parity across all sectors, including the construction sector.
We hope that you enjoy reading both these articles and would welcome any feedback that you have on the content and layout of our fortnightly newsletter
