Construction Industry News and Views Edition 61 Sept 2011
|
|
| Dear Members & Readers
This edition's lead article brings to your attention that Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal Executive Director Brandon Abdinor has tendered his resignation. As you will read, there are important activities relating to sustainability he wishes to become actively involved in. Albeit that he will continue in his roll until the end of the year, I can say without reservation that he has the respect of everybody at the Association, and that his contributions have shown us the way forward.
Discuss | Contribute | Learn: We take the opportunity to encourage you to participate in our two online forums, links to the latest threads can be found down the right hand column. A forum article I found particularly interesting 'Cement fracas puts public money at risk' was penned by Lloyd Gedye of Mail & Guardian. For the conspiracy theorists among us, there is a lot that can be read into it. Have a read, draw your own conclusions and feel free to comment.
Members and readers are reminded that should you wish to follow us on twitter, you will find us on @MasterBuilders2.
Enjoy .....
