"Suncoast Hotel & Towers", by WBHO / TBP Joint Venture

The structure was developed to accommodate a 164 bedroom luxury hotel comprising of 128 standard rooms, 36 suites, Penthouse, spa, Restaurant and parking deck.

The standard rooms are situated in the lower section which is seven floors high, while the Spa, Penthouse and suites, make up the 11 floors that constitute the tower. A walkway was also developed, linking the hotel to the then already existing Suncoast Casino.

In addition to its excellent workmanship, Suncoast Hotel and Towers is characterized by its contemporary and chic, Miami South Beach inspired Art Deco Styling. Modern decor has successfully been intergrated, with magnificent luxury and breath taking ocean views.
