Taking on the challenge to construct a high-class eyepiece was met with enthusiasm and confidence by the Grid team.
This eye-catching structure is a blend of contemporary architecture and practicality that has heads turning on Meridian Drive, Umhlanga Ridge.
The centre includes a beautiful showroom with the capacity to display 35 new and pre-owned Porsches, a service centre comprising of a 20 bay workshop, a Porsche Design Driver's Selection Shop; as well as a coffee shop, where customers can relax and enjoy the Porsches on display.

HIGHLY COMMENDED PROJECTS | GM DEALERSHIP - UMHLANGA, BY ROD'S CONSTRUCTION The structure consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor and roof slab equaling a total area of 6466m2. The basement consists of parking and washbay facilities, while the ground floor houses the workshop, new car showroom, spares, offices and parts store. The first floor serves as the used car showroom and is also where the sales offices are situated; the roof slab is used as air-conditioning platforms. The showrooms were designed with both openness and visibility in mind, this was achieved by installing aluminum shopfronts with glass frontage which can be seen from all directions.
