"Seth Mokitimi Seminary", by Armstrong Construction

Armstrong Construction was awarded the contract to construct a new R42 Million seminary for the Methodist Church of South Africa to be named the "Seth Mokotimi Seminary".

Along with an access road and parking for over 80 vehicles, the facility consists of no less than 5 major buildings as well as 3 other ancillary buildings including caretakers flat and gatehouse, all bound by a face brick and palisade fence.

The 5 buildings consist of a double storey lecture hall with 4 lecture rooms and meeting rooms, an administration block, a fully equipped canteen with offices located above as well as a double volume library with mezzanine level. The structure also boasts a computer room, a chapel with a mezzanine choir level, basement ablutions as well a first floor vestry. From the amphitheatre a concrete bell spire towers above the facility.
