Shelly Kupfermann - Administration Manager
Upon Completion of high school, Shelly achieved a National Secretarial Certificate as well as a Fitness & Nutrition Diploma. She began work life as a tracing agent at ASAP Tracing in Newcastle, before Joining Hudson & Knight Unilever, where she worked as a personal assistant for three years, before leaving to travel the USA.
Upon her return to South Africa, Shelly joined Price Waterhouse Coopers in Dundee as a Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant, before accepting a transfer to their Durban office. There, she first held the position of Admin Assistant in the Public Sector department and then Human Resources Assistant Manager.
In 1998 Shelly was promoted to the position of KwaZulu-Natal & Eastern Cape Manager, a position she held for three years, before joining the Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal.
Today as the Association's Administration Manager, Shelly is an integral part of the Master Builders Management team. She is responsible for general administration and HR matters and manages various special projects, functions and events. Shelly's role includes a strong emphasis on managing and maintaining sound relations with the Association's members. |
