Resulting from the Association’s 2010 refurbishment programme to augment and encourage efficient use of energy, our breakaway area is a recent addition that also showcases our Green Building Philosophy.

Facilities include

• Air Conditioning if needed.
• Bamboo flooring
• Runs adjacent to conference rooms
• Opens out into bar area

Guaranteed Power Supply

Power is generated from two six metre high wind turbines and from Solar photovoltaic panels mounted to the exterior of our building. The system generates power for computers, essential lighting and other devices linked within the building's electrical grid. Nearly 200 batteries store the power and inverters create usable voltage which feed to this conference room, guaranteeing uninterrupted supply of power.
