Bhekaphambili Geo-Contractors was founded in January 2005. The name Bhekaphambili which means "look forward", was unanimously approved by all members: Mr BM Zondi ,Mr R Jaynath Mr PL Rai and Mrs CP Zondi, who collectively have gained over 65 years of Geo-technical experience in the Piling industry, mostly through their employ at Franki Africa and Grinaker-LTA.

This approach signified not only the unification and sharing to create a trading name, but also a positive approach that the business will use in the years to come. The core business of Bhekaphambili Geo-Contractors is to provide sound Geo-technical solutions for the Geo-Technical industry with an emphasis on deep foundation contracting. This gives Bhekaphambili Geo-Contractors a competitive advantage as a truly and solely owned Black Economic Empowerment Company in the geo-technical sector of the civil engineering industry.
