INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND: We are a Construction and Project management company established in 2002 with our offices based in Durban KwaZulu-Natal and conduct business in the whole of South Africa. Our company is a multi disciplined construction entity and we cover all spheres of the industry. We have extensive experience in the Commercial, Industrial ,Retail and Residential sectors with a large number of successfully completed projects comprising refurbishments and new developments . Our company is headed by Johann Bothma with 25 years experience in the industry and are ably assisted by an equally qualified and experienced management and support team. Our partnerships with our sub-contractors have given us an added advantage of ensuring that we produce the quality products required by our clients . In our initial stages we were involved in parastatal projects for Telkom, The Post Office and Eskom in establishing infrastructure in rural areas.During 2003 we revised our focus and entered the commercial, industrial, residential and retail markets and have evolved into our current status and list below some of our significant projects .
