John Michael, sole member of Contec Maintenance, has been involved in the Building Industry since 1972 and has completed many projects in the Empangeni, Richards Bay and surrounding areas since 2001. Contec in conjuction with local Architects and Engineers have completed various contracts for clients such as the Umhlathuze Municipality Borough and KZN Master Builders Association. Our projects include Supervision of Plumbers,Electricians, Painters, Airconditioning, Dry Wall and Ceiling installation Most of the work undertaken by Contec is as a result of refferals from clients.
