We as a construction company value our staff as being key to the success of the business.

We strive to provide a safe and happy working environment for all our staff. Our management, admin and field staff combine effectively to utilize experience, good facilities and up to date computer software packages which makes efficient day to day business possible. These also provide us with live monitoring of costs and progress reports that ensures projects are finished on time and within budget.

Current Projects

K Rith Building Project

For the UKZN Nelson Mandela School of Medicine Umbilo
Construction of new multi-level parking garage, substation building and other minor building works, together with associated external works.

Church of the Holy Ghost

Hammersdale:
Construction of a new church for the Church of the Holy Ghost in Hammersdale. This is a phased project which will start with the main concrete structure, steel trusses and roof. The brick work and finishes will be part of the second phase.

Garlington Estates

Hilton Pietermaritzburg:
This new development in the Natal midlands involves the construction of a number of apartment blocks for the developer Phezulu Projects.


Initially, primarily a house builder, since 2003 we have expanded our scope of business to include large commercial and industrial projects ranging from schools, churches and office parks to industrial warehouses and mini factories.

As a medium sized company we wish to maintain a good balance between residential developments and commercial/industrial projects enabling us to become a dynamic well rounded enterprise that can grow to meet future demands without straining our resources.
