FB Projects is a construction company that operates in Durban and its surrounding areas. We are based in the Westville area and have been since 2000. It is an owner operator driven business with company founder Frans Badenhorst overseeing all operational aspects to ensure that all construction is of the highest standard. Our core business is building construction.
We offer a total Turn-Key Construction solution that includes the following: - Wet and dry works
- Plumbing, electrical
- Bricklaying
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Carpentry
- Painting
- All general construction.
Over the years we have built boundary / retaining walls, Loffelstein walls, houses, town house developments, factories, garages, office blocks, light to medium commercial projects including light steel frame work, schools and low cost housing. We were part of the team building the 15 restaurants on the East-gate Shopping centre in Bedford-view. We built the third floor to Etlin Cold storage.
We have Project Managers that are responsible for programming, materials, labour controls and sequencing.
Planning is constantly reviewed to ensure the workflow and progress is effectively enhanced and tracked, that all wastage is eliminated and we pride ourselves on our client communication. We minute all meetings and ensure open communication channels at all times.
We have an appointed safety consultant that appoints, trains and investigates our safety on all our sites.
Our staff are issued safety attire and equipment which is checked and tracked.
