MCB Construction was founded in January 2001 as MCB Projects, a building Project Management Company which has successfully managed projects totaling R120 million to date. These are comprised of Residential One and Two developments including alterations and additions. MCB Construction is based in Shelly Beach, KZN, with an office in Randburg, Gauteng.
MCB earned its NHBRC status in February 2006 and has a full team complement to ensure expert execution of all projects in a professional and quality manner. MCB’s process and methodology involves specifying the project together with our client, and thereafter handling all activities on their behalf, i.e. Planning, Design, Costing and Tender process. We take full accountability to manage the project in its entirety and to completion. All skills required for the initiative is MCB’s responsibility. MCB is proud to have played an integral role in the development of the “Malokiba Eco Estate” in partnership with Malokiba Trading 63 (Pty) Ltd in Shelly Beach KZN. In a similar manner we also offer Developers a turn key solution installing bulk services and Infrastructure on their behalf.
We have the ability to project manage these developments from design phase to top structure completion.
