New Adventure (NA) was founded in 2001 as one of Richards Bay Minerals (RBM) Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) mining initiatives with respect to the formation of a new enterprise to fulfil a requirement of the South African Mining Charter

New Adventure Vehicle Fleet Management:
Has a significant fleet of vehicles, tractors, TLBs, 8 ton trucks and a number of transporters with trailers. All drivers undergo rigorous advanced drivers training and are assessed by our Traffic Management Programme annually.
New Adventure Specialised Training Centre:
Boasts a fully fledged training facility with a team of full-time experts providing accredited training services both internally and externally to meet the growing industrial needs. An accredited service provider with SETA and SAQA, NA also ensures that training is in accordance with the OHSAct, MHSAct and SASRIA.
New Adventure Labour Hire:
Unique and progressive specialists in the sourcing and placing of labour. NA is committed to redressing the imbalances of the past through meaningful contribution to the transformation of the South African workforce. The company offers placement of permanent and temporary employees from unskilled labour to white collar specialists.
