Introduction
Peacon Civils, founded by Peter Pearce in 2001, has been based on the Kwa-Zulu Natal South Coast since its inception. We have, in this period, been involved in numerous building projects which have been delivered to the satisfaction of our Clients. Our primary business philosophy is to develop our Clients’ vision into reality, striving to provide a quality product delivered on time and encompassing all our Client’s requirements to their satisfaction.

We offer a wide range of services to suit our Clients’ needs and hold ourselves available to collaborate with all their specific requirements.
Our scope of services include, but are not limited to: - Project Management

- Housing developments
- Home design and the drawing of plans
- Building of medium sized warehouses and factories
- Large alterations and additions
Our capacity includes for providing the full array of required trades such as the electrical, plumbing and painting requirements. Further to our membership with the Master Builders we are also a member of the NHBRC. Project History
Peacon Civils, which was created in 2001 from its previous form in Peter Pearce Construction, has collectively amassed an extensive project history on the Hibiscus coast over the last 19years. Some of the larger developments completed are: - Bethany Park in Southport
- Lynton Park in Umtentweni
- Lourie Gardens in Umtentweni
- Fernwood Estates in Shelley Beach
