Town and Country Construction is owned and managed by Roy Heaver and Ryan Kewley.

Roy has a Civil Engineering background with more than 16-years experience in both civil engineering and building projects. Roy completed his high school education at Kearsney College and subsequently his tertiary education at Durban Institute of Technology. He worked for Afriscan Construction (Pty) Ltd. for 7 years and then started his own business in Zululand in 1997.

Ryan has an honours degree in Quantity Surveying, and started his career out as a Client’s representative both in the United Kingdom and South Africa. Currently he provides his Construction Management services to a number of building contractors; as well as Project Management services at Zini River Estates, a successful Eco Estate in Zululand on the Kwa-Zulu Natal North Coast. Ryan has recently been elected as a Trustee of the Zini River Estate, and is serving as a committee member of the Zululand Master Builders Association.
