Company Profile
Established in 1976, our company is now situated at 6 Platina drive, Kuleka, Empangeni. Our workshop is approximately 500 square meters of covered area with a further 1200 square meters of yard space.
Our workshop is equipped for steel fabrication, maching and general engineering. We have access to sand blasting, painting, and hot dip galvanizing as wellas cranes. This work is done to SABS ISO 146:1999.
We are members of Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal as well as BIFSA and currently have a 4 star occupational health and safety grading. Our aim is to provide a safe working environment for our staff.
We are paid up members of the metal and engineering bargaining council, and all our staff members are fully registered. Our business has now been operational for more than 33 years in Empangeni and the surrounding Zululand areas. We have built up a reputation for quality work being completed timeously.
During the past 3 years we have been busy on the phase 5 expansion project at R.B.C.T. for Stefanutti Stocks / Group 5 joint venture.
Other big projects we have completed are:
Ticor S A - mainly structural steelwork and general engineering for Grinaker building east and Group 5.
Ukhuni Lodge in Phinda game reserve, as well as 2 other houses in the same area for dicks construction.
Mondi RB720 project for Group 5 and Grinaker building east.
Hlabisa hospital expansion for Grinaker building east.
All steelwork for KFC Natal for dicks construction.
No job is too small for us. Our artisans are qualified tradesmen and our welders are certified in accordance with ASME 9 1998 AOO. Our workshop procedure is in accordance with ASME 9 1998 AOO.
