Our partners:

Surety Solutions (Pty) Ltd, an independent specialist risk financing brokerage, has been operative for 10 years in this field of business and is a registered and licensed Financial Services Provider (FSP 1062). The proprietor and MD, Mike Graham, has 35 years financial services experience, and is backed up by a competent administrative team including his son, Greg Graham, who complements him in managing the business. Mike and Greg (Surety Solutions) and Clive Hill (KZN MBA) are at your service.

The underwriting management agency through which the guarantees are written is Praestar Administration Services (Pty) Ltd (Praestar), which underwrites cover on behalf of Mutual and Federal Insurance Company under a formal binding authority.  Praestar has extensive experience with construction related performance guarantees.
