BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS - STAYING IN TOUCH
Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal has launched the In-Contact Program which will see the Association contacting and visiting each and every member over the next twelve months or so.
One of the primary reasons for the Program is to allow the Association to build and strengthen relationships with members, and exchange information. The Association is constantly striving to provide services and benefits which are in alignment with the needs of members in the running of their businesses. By exchanging information, the Association will be better positioned to know what members require, and members will also know exactly what the Association offers them.
It is also essential that the Association gets the most comprehensive information possible about the size and nature of the various member enterprises, and in particular about the nature of work undertaken by the members. This will allow the Association, through the Find-a-Builder module on the website, as well as other channels, to promote the use of the member to the public and other members in the most effective way possible.
A second and very important reason for the program is to introduce the member to the best practice model which is designed to provide a degree of quality assurance and consumer protection, and will ensure that the Master Builders brand remains synonymous with a superior standard of building and contracting.
Finally the Association would like to take the opportunity to introduce members to various specialised services including Performance Guarantees and Insurance as well as Health and Safety consulting. These services are carefully designed to provide members with a competitive advantage and service levels that are harmonious with the needs of the members.
The program will commence with a telephone call from our Administration Manager, Shelly Kupferman, or one of her assistants. She will extract up to date contact details from the member as well as explain to them what the process will be going forward. She will advise as to what further calls and visits the member can be expecting, as well as clarify which members’ representative needs to be contacted.
We are inviting all members who want to jump the queue to commence with this process to please contact Shelly. The sooner the process is completed with any particular member, the sooner the member will be in a position to gain the advantages outlined above.
