Invitation For Nominations: CBE
Invitation For Nominations For Persons To Be Appointed To Serve As Members On The Council For The Built Environment
The Council for the Built Environment (CBE) is the statutory body established under the CBE Act of 2000. It is the overarching body co-ordinating the six built environment professional councils (architecture, engineering, landscape architecture, project and construction management, property valuation and quantity surveying).
The CBE invites nominations for members of the public to be appointed to its third Council. The term of office of the members will be four years. The Council meets at least four times a year and the appointed person may be required to serve on the sub-committees of the Council.
Nominations should be made on the nomination form provided on the CBE website www.cbe.org.za or can be requested from council@cbe.org.za on or before 26 January 2010.
