Workshop Review of OHS Act 13 May 2010

 The Department of Labour has indicated that they are currently reviewing the Occupational Health and Safety act, Act 85 of 1993 as amended. The Department invited the Association to give input into the legislation and to be part of the review process.
 
In view of this, the Association in calibration with Klass Looch Associates, will host an OHS Act Review Workshop for its members and stake holders on 13 May 2010. The Association has secured one of South Africa's top Occupational Health and Safety legal gurus, Advocate Raynard Looch, to facilitate the workshop.
 
This is a great opportunity for members and stake holders to part of the development process of South Africa's new Occupational Health and Safety legislation. NOT TO BE MISSED!
