Season Greetings from Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal Dec 2011

Dear Members & Readers

Wow, what a year! It felt like the challenges just kept piling on. The economy is the obvious one, but in these times of speedy consequences, it is clear to see how our society, business and personal lives are all intertwined and are affected by all that happens. There is now so much uncertainty that we are being forced to be in the moment.

This can be seen as a good thing. We are having to react based on the reality of NOW, not an outdated idea of what should be. This in turn opens the possibility for doing things in a different way. All around I am seeing people act with extraordinary courage and innovation. Not only is this empowering for the individuals concerned, and those around them, but it is actually a way of creating a new vision which could in turn create a better world.

With this in mind, we would like to wish everyone a wonderful holiday season and an EMPOWERED, COURAGEOUS and BLESSED new year.

This is the last time I will address you as the Executive Director as my term is coming to an end. I have had an awesome time here and thank you all for the connections that we have had.
