Important Notice to All Registered COIDA Employers

Member enterprises, mainly in the associate member category, are registered with the Compensation Fund administered by the Department of Labour should take notice of the following communication issued by the Department of Labour:
 
Important Notice to All Registered COIDA Employers
 
The deadline for the submission of the 2011 Annual Return of Earnings was extended to 31 May 2012.
 
The Return of Earnings forms were issued to all registered COIDA Employers from the week commencing 2 April 2012.
 
The 2011 Annual Returns submitted to the Fund on or before 31 May 2012 will not be subjected to penalties for late submission.
 
The Department of Labour announced it regretted the delays.
