French Company - Partnership with South Africa
 Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal recently received the following communication from French company MACC3 with regard to investing in South Africa. The MACC3 company plans to invest in South Africa and a market study in South Africa is also in progress.
MACC3 has developed a concept of passive bioclimatic house and BBC (energy-saving building) claimed by an international patent and rewarded in 2011 at the LEPINE’s European show of the inventions.
Precast concrete and insulation walling units are produced in factories to precise specifications, accords with the newest aspects of the highest European energy and environmental standards.
The process of prefabrication reduces considerably the time of on-site assembly and facilitates the erection.
We can use various materials for the insulation 38 polystyrene, glass wool, rock wool, cellulose, straw, hemp, cane sugar, etc..
According to the potential of the South African market, this investment would include the setting-up of one or several factories of manufacturing through the country, the industrial skill transfer, the know-how and the training of the installation teams.
