Please note that we are flexible with regard to catering times. The rates include venue-hire, juice and water and bowls of sweets. We cater and charge for a minimum of 10 delegates.

Bar
In addition to the one located in the Boardroom/Anteroom, we have an outdoor bar that opens onto the roofed atrium at the centre of our building that can also be made available.
Drinks are billed out at Bottle Store prices with an additional 30% handling charge. Soft drinks are also made available.
Staff
Should you require waiters, barmen or casual staff, we will endeavor to meet your request, provided we are given sufficient notice prior to the function. The cost thereof is for your account.
Parking and Security
There is parking at no additional charge and we have 24 hour security.
Terms and Conditions:
Two week's notice is required for cancellation of a booking.
We also require two day's notice for confirmation, pertaining to number of guests for catering purposes.
We charge and cater for a minimum of 10 delegates.
