Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal continues to engage with institutions to increase funding of construction projects. The Association recently met with Tusk Construction Support Services who presented a unique offering, geared towards assisting contractors with various steps of project implementation and management.

Tusk are a specialist risk management firm that has pioneered an innovative approach to financing with a view to empowering Emerging Contractors and developers by helping them pave the way for sustained success.

Tusk, together with partners Standard Bank SA and Builders (Massbuild) offers contractors collateral free bridging finance and a material procurement programme that caters for construction projects.

Through Tusk, Builders offers contractors a 60-day interest free credit facility for all material supply and Standard Bank offers a low interest loan facility to bridge their labour payment periods.
