Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal is centrally positioned between the Highway area and the city of Durban and is close to the N2/N3 freeway interchange. It houses several conference venues which have on-site security, secure parking, wheelchair access as well as a lift and bathroom specifically for guests with disabilities.

Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal provides comprehensive full-day and half-day venue hire packages, perfect for an array of occasions such as conferences, workshops, seminars, product launches, meetings, training, and examinations. In addition, the Association's Café Indaba, provides inhouse catering for breakfast, tea, lunch and dinner. In addition, conference packages, can be customised as required.

The Association is equipped with a backup power generator which ensures that events are safeguarded from electricity disruptions or loadshedding. This reliable backup system provides clients with peace of mind.

Upon confirmation of availability, a quote is promptly sent to the client. An invoice is issued after the quote is acknowledged, followed by the processing of payment. During every step of the event management process, from the initial contact to the actual event, guidance is provided to ensure a successful outcome. Clients are assisted throughout the event and provided with event staff, if required. This allows the client to focus solely on the event itself.

Some of the Association’s most popular venues include the Boardroom and the uThukela Room. The Boardroom is a professional and comfortable venue, ideal for seminars, workshops, examinations and meetings. It is elegantly styled in hardwoods with matching furnishings of afromosia oak. This venue can accommodate up to 220 delegates in a cinema style, or up to 80 delegates in a classroom style (with worktables). In addition to all the necessary audio-visual equipment, it has a raised presentation platform that allows both speakers and the audience, greater visibility.

The Boardroom can be divided by a soundproof partitioning to create an additional smaller room, named the Ante Room. The Ante Room houses a bar and is often used as a breakaway room for drinks for snacks to be served and for networking to take place.

The uThukela Room accommodates up to 120 people in a cinema style layout and is situated on the ground floor. It is Ideal for training, product launches and conferences.

For smaller gatherings, the Association has a small boardroom that can accommodate 8 people in a boardroom setup and a training room that can accommodate up to 30 people classroom style.
