The role of a Junior Foreman is to supervise workers, materials, and plant equipment on a construction site, while the Senior foreman is involved in project administration and site safety.

The purpose of these two courses is to enable the site foreman to meet their daily targets and implement site requirements. This includes the delegation of activities; controlling of materials and equipment; daily reporting on work progress; mentoring and training of artisans and semi-skilled workers and communicating the daily programme to the team.
