The Association’s head office is situated in an iconic building in Westville at 40 Essex Terrace and is easily accessible from the M13 Highway and the N3 Freeway. 

Entrance into the building is through our welcoming reception area.  The building is a one stop Business Hub which houses valuable services including a Conference Centre, Café Indaba to enjoy your lunch, the Print Studio for all your printing and designing needs, an Occupational Health Clinic for all your site medicals, The Training Academy to enhance your skills, Employee Benefits Office and in addition it contains Commercial Property to let. 

The Association boasts 560m2 of prime rental office space on 2^nd floor with offices ranging in size from 19m2 to 140m2. On the lower ground level the rental office space is 190m2 which is ideal for businesses, offices, medical facilities and more.   One to five year lease options are available. Included is a back-up power supply, 24 hour security, safe, secure parking, access control, wifi for Café Indaba patrons and a lift for the disabled.
