First Aid level 1,2 and 3 training conducted by first aid training organisations ceased to exist as from 1 April 2021.

In a Government Notice dated 4 June 2021, the Chief Inspector: Occupation Health and Safety, stated that a person or organisation who wishes to provide First Aid Training approved by the Chief Inspector, must be in accordance with a valid accreditation document issued by the Quality Assurance Body that has been delegated the quality assurance responsibilities for First Aid unit standards by the QCTO.

This means that the First Aid levels 1,2 and 3 have been replaced with unit standard-based training.

Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal is proud to announce that it has been approved by the Department of Employment and Labour as a First Aid Organisation to issue certificates of competency in first aid to persons who have successfully completed the course.
